Introvert or extrovert at work?

The two-word version of this question does not survive contact with an actual working week. Plenty of people talk easily all day and then need three hours of silence. Plenty of quiet people do their best thinking out loud.

So this asks four narrower questions instead: where your energy comes back from, where your thinking happens, what continuous low-level contact costs you, and when your contribution to a group is at its best. Twelve questions. You get a position on each of the four, both sides written up in full, and no type.
